The account and individual contact data of all of our customers is stored within a UK-based, cloud-hosted CRM package.

Data to and from the website server is encrypted, and can only be accessed by specific people within Cygenta Ltd.


Account and individual data is stored within UK-based cloud-hosted systems and can only be accessed by the appropriate finance employees.

Data in the finance system would contain the company name and address, and the individual contact name, address, email address and phone number.

We do not store credit card information.



The email system is kept in a reputable cloud-based service provider, and is protected using the technologies mentioned
